The Hindu Images

The Hindu - the daily newspaper have launched a portal that sells Images. Seems to be a Good idea. Hindu being the age old newspaper should have really a Good collection of images.

Hindu as i see it is more poplar in South India Especially TN and Andhrapradesh; but they still claim that it is the National Paper .. Any ideas why ???

One of my colleagues asked me - The National Paper in India is called the Hindu ???

I was speechless !!!!

There is a calculate price link on that website. Hindu charges 120000 INR to use a Photo of Tajmahal (id:181753) for exhibitions for 12 Months.

Will they pay some % as royalty to the photographer ????
